RAPITRA, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other related regulations on personal data protection in Colombia, informs users of this website that:

Personal data collected through our forms, customer service channels, and other electronic means will be processed in accordance with our Personal Data Processing Policy, available on this website.

The information will be used for legitimate purposes related to administrative, commercial, customer service, marketing, communications, and other activities inherent to our operations.

If you registered as a guest

The data you enter in the check-in form is not collected for the commercial purposes described above. It is collected on behalf of the accommodation where you are staying, which is the controller of that information and the party required to report it to Colombia's Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism and to Migración Colombia. RAPITRA acts as processor: it transmits that data to those authorities on the controller's instructions, and does not use it for its own purposes, sell it or share it with anyone else.

The image of your identity document, where the accommodation requests it, is deleted 30 calendar days after check-out. Your identifying data —names, document number, date of birth, email and phone— is anonymised 6 months after check-out. Both processes are automatic and do not depend on you requesting them.

If you photograph your document, the image is processed by an assisted reading tool operated by an external technology provider, which extracts the fields on the spot so you do not have to type them. Use of that tool is optional: you may type the fields manually.

As the data subject, you have the right to:

Know, update, and rectify your personal data.
Request proof of the authorization granted.
Be informed about how your data has been used.
File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for regulatory violations.
Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of your data when constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees are not respected.

RAPITRA guarantees the security and confidentiality of information by adopting necessary technical, human, and administrative measures to prevent alteration, loss, consultation, unauthorized use, or access.
