RAPITRA Website

1. Purpose

This document regulates access to and use of the RAPITRA website, whose service consists of guest management, registration, and report generation to the official SIRE and TRA systems, applicable to accommodation platforms such as Airbnb and Booking. Use of this site implies full acceptance of these terms.


2. Nature of the Service
  • The service offered is paid, meaning subject to payment of fees previously informed on the website.
  • Access to registration and reporting functionalities will only be available to users who have completed the subscription and payment process, unless they are in a trial period or membership.
  • Fees may be modified at any time, with prior publication on the website.

3. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful, complete, and updated information about guests and reservations.
  • Use the service only for legitimate purposes related to accommodation management.
  • Comply with current legal regulations in Colombia, including the provisions of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) and the Special Administrative Unit Migration Colombia.
  • Not engage in improper, fraudulent, or unlawful uses.

4. Company Liability

RAPITRA:

  • Guarantees service availability under normal operating conditions, except in cases of force majeure or technical failures beyond its control.
  • Is not responsible for the misuse of information provided by users or for sanctions arising from users' failure to comply with legal obligations.
  • Reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the service in case of breach of these terms.

5. Payment and Billing
  • The user must pay the established fees through the payment methods enabled on the website.
  • Once payment is confirmed, access to the contracted service will be enabled.
  • The company will issue the corresponding electronic invoice in accordance with current tax regulations in Colombia.

6. Personal Data Protection

The processing of collected personal data will be carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on this website, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, and other elements of the website are the property of RAPITRA and are protected by intellectual property laws. Their reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.


8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Colombia.
